Our staff will follow your personal physician’s orders with detailed attention. Your health and medication needs are monitored by our experienced and caring nurses. Certified staff will assist you with all of your personal care needs including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting and eating. We will be happy to provide any assistance you request.

Specialize in all stages of Dementia

Due to the number of nurses on staff, we are confident in admitting residents that require special care such as diabetic and insulin care, catheter and colostomy care, continuous O2 and breathing treatments. We specialize in all stages of Dementia and Alzheimer’s care offering a quiet 17-bed unit to care for individuals with late stages of the disease who are assisted by staff with special training. We provide Wander Guard monitoring systems for safety.

Hospice care for residents

We offer Hospice care for residents on life’s final journey ensuring comfort, quality of life, dignity and respect. We provide Respite care for the resident needing a short-term stay, allowing family and/or caregivers necessary personal time. Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency uses our on site gym to provide our residents with physical, occupational and speech
therapy.
